Honestly nothing too much trouble. Enjoyable base for travelling to Chittlehampton and exploring local places. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Beautiful area, quiet and absolutely perfect location, right by Higher Biddacott Farm, and the local pub.

beautiful building, enjoyable afternoon cream tea, charming garden views
The lack of modern conveniences. The surrounding area could benefit from more local dining options for evenings!!! A little more effort in room maintenance wouldn't go amiss!!!

The King Room with Garden View was a real treat, with a spacious layout that allowed for both relaxation and comfort. The tranquil views of the garden created a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a long day of adventures.
The stay felt a bit short, as many guests wished for a longer experience to soak in the space fully. While the ambiance was inviting, a lack of certain modern conveniences left a bit to be desired for those used to tech-savvy stays.
